Quality is embedded in every step of our manufacturing process. We implement a multi-stage quality control system: (1) Raw material inspection — all incoming ingredients are tested for purity, identity, and specifications. (2) In-process quality checks — monitoring during production including capsule weight, seal integrity, and formulation consistency. (3) Finished product testing — microbiological analysis, stability testing (accelerated and real-time), and sensory evaluation. (4) Batch documentation — full traceability of every batch from raw materials to finished goods. We retain samples from every production batch for reference.

Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit with the order and 50% balance before shipment. We accept bank wire transfers (T/T), PayPal, and other payment methods subject to agreement. For first-time partners, we may require a higher initial deposit. Once the deposit is received, we begin sourcing materials and production. We provide progress updates throughout the manufacturing process, and photos/videos of finished goods before final payment. Payment terms can be discussed and adjusted based on order volume and relationship history.

Yes, we ship to clients worldwide. Our logistics team has extensive experience in international shipping and customs clearance. We currently export to over 30 countries across Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Oceania. We offer shipping options including air freight (7-14 days) and sea freight (20-40 days depending on destination). We handle all export documentation, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination. We're happy to provide a shipping quote during the quotation process.
