Product Overview

This single-use ampoule box — sold as Ten-Ampoule Presentation Box — uses a blue-lined rigid box with a fitted insert holding ten glass ampoules and one loose vial. Formulators set the texture so that a presentation pack built for gifting and counter display. The brief usually comes from a brand that already knows the finish it wants and needs a factory that can repeat it at scale. Colour, scent direction and fill volume are all set at the sampling stage, which is also where the cost per unit is fixed.

Production Standards

The line runs to ISO 22716 / GMPC with ISO 9001 oversight. Raw materials arrive with certificates of analysis; in-process fill checks are taken at intervals through the run; and every batch is released against a written specification. Retention samples are kept so a complaint can be traced back years later.
