Product Overview

Built as a charcoal facial wash, Charcoal Grey Facial Wash Tube uses a graphite tube with a soft-touch finish and a flip-top cap. The point of the format is that a deep-clean wash for oily and combination skin. Tooling for the pack is already in place, which shortens the gap between the sample you approve and the first bulk delivery.

Key Ingredients

• Charcoal powder — a porous powder used to bind surface oil

• Coco-betaine — a mild amphoteric surfactant with good foam

• Glycerin — a humectant that holds water in the finished formula

• Tea tree extract — an antibacterial botanical used at low levels

• Botanical blend — the balance of the formula, adjusted to the texture target agreed at sampling

Production Standards

The line runs to ISO 22716 / GMPC with ISO 9001 oversight. Raw materials arrive with certificates of analysis; in-process fill checks are taken at intervals through the run; and every batch is released against a written specification. Retention samples are kept so a complaint can be traced back years later.
